Text messages are way to communicate which was designed for closing distances or speed up processes, but nowadays we realize that for the misuse that is given people commit many mistakes such as distractions, then not taking into account of the place and time to use it, consequently resulting in accidents, either when crossing a road, cause being distracted for the divice, a vehicle may crash us, or in a mall we stumble upon something or someone.

Hello, my opinion about the text is next:

Although some people think that these are strange laws, I think that is not correct.

First of all these laws can save thousand lives, often we don´t stay alert while we are using the cell phone, this problem will be able to generate a lot of accident because we can´t do two action n the same time. Also is necessary known that these laws are to own benefit.

Secondly, all the countries should to have these kinds of laws to help a little long to the security of each citizen, obviously if someone breaks the rule, he will get a fine and I think that this fine should be highly expensive.
Finally, I think that should to have more laws like these because most times the tragedies are caused by “silly thing like texting while we are crossing the street”.
